The location is GREAT! It is close to the Umeda train station, so getting around was easy. There is a fantastic area around the hotel with unlimited entertainment and eating spots. I loved the modern tvwith lots of information about services and amenities. Laundry services were great to have.

Rooms were TOO small. It was not what I expected at all. They did a good job, considering the limited space they had.

I really appreciated the convenience store located within the hotel. It was great for quick snacks. the family room was spacious enough for two adults and two children. the location was close to the metro, a real plus for getting around.

the bathroom was a bit small, but it was manageable.
