Convenient and well-equipped!

great location modern tv laundry services

The location is GREAT! It is close to the Umeda train station, so getting around was easy. There is a fantastic area around the hotel with unlimited entertainment and eating spots. I loved the modern tvwith lots of information about services and amenities. Laundry services were great to have.

Rooms were TOO small. It was not what I expected at all. They did a good job, considering the limited space they had.

I really appreciated the convenience store located within the hotel. It was great for quick snacks. the family room was spacious enough for two adults and two children. the location was close to the metro, a real plus for getting around.

the bathroom was a bit small, but it was manageable.

the location was good. getting around was easy because it was close to public transport. the room was very clean.

the beds were not comfortable to me. i stayed in a similar hotel with a good comfortable bed. i would rather a good comfortable bed than more space.

the hotel provided all necessary information for tourists. check-in and check-out processes were easy and efficient. i appreciated that they held our luggage after checkout, a convenient service.

the bathroom was a bit small. the hotel was busy, and i found no stairs available for guest use. i needed to go down only three floors, but the lack of stairs forced me to use crowded elevators. elevators rarely stopped at middle floors.

I appreciated the convenient store inside. It had everything i needed. the onsen offered a relaxing experience after a long day exploring. i especially liked the thoughtful details in the room. They maximized the space perfectly.

The elevators were sometimes busy. It resulted in a short wait during peak hours.
